Cancellation Policy

Reservations and Confirmation Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, website or social networks. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via message or email. 2. Deposits Some services such as removals, deep cleanings or commercials may require a 30% deposit to secure the date. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours in advance. 3. Changes and Rescheduning You can change your appointment without penalty if you do it at least 24 hours before. Changes within 24 hours are subject to availability and possible additional charge of $20. 4. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the value of the service will be charged. If the equipment is already on its way or arrives at the place and the service cannot be performed, 100% of the value will be charged. 5. Access to the Place The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the home or business. If you cannot enter, the cancellation policy will apply. If you have a digital lock, access instructions or keys, they must be provided in advance. 6. Punctuality and Delays Our team will try to arrive punctually at the agreed time. However, there may be variations of 15-30 minutes for traffic or other previous services. In case of further delay, the customer will be notified immediately. 7. Urgent Services / Same Day Cleanings requested for the same day will have an express surcharge of $25 and are subject to availability. 8. Payment Methods We accept: cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit card. Payment must be made once the service has ended, unless otherwise indicated by subscription or contract.
